Noor Haniza Binti Zainuddin is currently the Head of Group QHSE & Licensing at T7 Global Berhad. She joined Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of T7 Global Berhad, in 2007 as an HSE Executive.

Before joining Tanjung Offshore Services, she completed her internship with PETRONAS Corporate HSE under the Industrial Hygiene Unit, which broadened her exposure to HSE practices. She began her career as an HSE Engineer in the well intervention industry before gaining experience in an HSE consultancy firm, where she specialized in Technical HSE, Hazard & Operability Studies (HAZOP), HSE Case Development, Legislative Compliance on CIMAH (Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards), and HSE Management Systems.

With over 20 years of experience in QHSE, she has worked on numerous onshore and offshore projects. Since 2009, she has played a key role in establishing and maintaining the ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards for T7 Global and was appointed as the Management Representative (MR) for the T7 Global QHSE Management System. Additionally, she oversees licensing and regulatory compliance for T7 Global Berhad and its Group of Companies with PETRONAS, CIDB, MOF, and other industry standards.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and an Executive Master’s in Safety, Health, and Environment from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP).

She also holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Safety & Health Officer (SHO) by DOSH, Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CepSWaM) by EiMAS, Lead Auditor for Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015) by SIRIM, Certified Train the Trainer (TTT) by NIOSH. Additionally, she is a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
